5.2 Subscription Service: Night VPN operates on a subscription model. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
5.3 Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel before the end of the subscription period, subscriptions will automatically renew. You can manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal in your account settings.
5.4 Refund Policy: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Subscription fees beyond 7 days are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

13.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for resolution.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-service notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Night VPN service and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
